A man has plunged to his death from a balcony at Rendezvous Hotel in Scarborough.
WA Police and St John WA medics raced to the scene after receiving a triple-0 call about 9.30am on Saturday, with reports that a man had fallen 70m.
Police sirens could be heard as emergency services descended on the hotel, with five officers initially entering the lobby.
They were quickly joined by two ambulance crews.
The death is not suspicious.
