I got banned from EVERY NFL stadium after one social media post

Must read

A social media content creator was banned from every stadium in the NFL, with a league staffer hand-delivering a letter to his door – informing him of his prohibition.

User GFed (real name Garrett Fedewa) boasts 451.5k followers across platforms, with the majority coming from his TikTok page, which has 409.4k patrons.

GFed’s has a series called ‘How long can I stay’ where he loiters around stadiums, arenas, parks, and other venues after events until he gets spotted and escorted out by security. He then records the time he spent loitering and ranks them from longest to shortest by league.

The fourth edition of the series in the NFL was at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. However, his content would lead to him getting banned across all NLF stadiums.

GFed received a document – with the stadium logo – telling him he had to complete a four-hour fan conduct class to regain access to NFL games. The letter also cited that he was ‘asked to leave the stadium for violations of our fan code of conduct.’

‘This course costs $250 to do, and the big reason I need to get it done is ‘until you complete the fan conduct class, your status is the same at all NFL stadiums,” he read in a video explaining his situation.

Despite his banned status, GFed claimed his content gained recognition within the league, and teams contacted him to collaborate.

‘I’m banned everywhere,’ he said. ‘And while I’m banned, I have NFL teams actively in my inbox, looking to do videos with me, so I have to unban myself from the NFL – so I can work with these NFL teams that are coming to me.’

‘It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense.’

In the video that caused his ban, GFed crashed a bible study in the end zone following a Colts game. After praying and sitting through testimonies in ‘Faith and Football’, he toured the concourse before running into a security staffer who asked for his ID.

GFed also showed the course he had to take to reverse his ban. The class was divided into nine parts and required a 70% score in a 28-question final exam.

He then laughed at how easy the true or false questions were – the opening item being: ‘Fans may use abusive language as long as warranted.’

‘Looks like I only need one brain cell to get a pretty good score on this,’ he quipped.

He then ended the video by revealing his 26-of-28 score. He also shared that the ‘four-hour’ class took him 30 minutes to complete.
