SAINT BIBIANA (3.10 Newton Abbot, nap)

She has looked a different horse since going handicapping with two excellent placed efforts before running out an easy winner at Stratford last time out. She relished stepping up to this trip in Shakespeare country and a 6lb rise in the weights shouldn’t put the brakes on the Georgina Nicholls runner.

PHOENIX PASSION (4.27 Nottingham, nb)

He has every chance of landing a hat-trick after good wins at Goodwood and Windsor. Ed Walker’s Too Darn Hot colt is improving with every run and he still looks a few steps ahead of the handicapper. This mile is ideal and he goes on any ground. He will be hard to stop under rising star rider Saffie Osborne (left) who can boot home another winner.

CRACKSKING (8.15 Kempton, treble)

He has run well on both starts this season. He was a rusty fifth on comeback at Newbury before going down in a tight finish at the Berkshire track last time. He went close on his last run here and this step up in distance can pay dividends.

STORM STAR (6.40 Kempton, Lucky 15)

He was impressive when scooting in on debut at Newcastle 24 days ago. He was always up with the pace and Oisin Murphy didn’t have to get too serious when landing the win. You would expect him to take a big step forward.
