Must read

Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has risked losing her $200million-a-year radio job after revealing the answer to KIIS FM’s latest cash giveaway competition.

The Kyle And Jackie O Show launched their latest guessing game The Noise back in April, announcing that one listener would receive $200,000 if they could identify a mystery sound.

On Tuesday’s show however, Jackie, 49, admitted she’d revealed the answer to her 13-year-old daughter Kitty, putting the competition’s legitimacy in jeopardy.

‘I ended up telling Kitty The Noise,’ Jackie confessed.

‘Why did you do that? You know it’s a breach of your own contract. You could be fired right now,’ her co-host Kyle Sandilands gasped.

‘Is it?! I said to [Kitty] that she can’t enter. I didn’t need to say that. She knows that already,’ Jackie scoffed, as newsreader Brooklyn Ross interjected: ‘What if people ask her?’

Jackie made it clear that Kitty could be trusted with the company secret.

‘[Kitty] said, “Mum, you have no idea. I’m so good at keeping secrets”,’ Jackie insisted.

Kyle wasn’t convinced, reminding Jackie that, ‘kids are full of s**t’.

Jackie once again promised that Kitty wouldn’t share her secret, before asking the show’s content director Tony whether revealing The Noise to her daughter was a contractual issue.

‘I feel like I shouldn’t have said anything,’ she confessed.

‘No, really? You did tell her? Oh Jackie…,’ Tony replied, as Jackie implored: ‘[Kitty] can be trusted, honestly. She’s very good at keeping secrets!’

Poking fun at his long-time co-host, Kyle joked: ‘You’re one of these foolish mothers that believes your child is the only child that’s not up to no good. All kids are no good.’
