Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are said to be selling their mind-blowing $90.81m home amid reports that the celebrity couple is close to divorce.
The couple are said to have hired The Agency’s Santiago Arana, one of Los Angeles’ leading real estate agents to sell the Beverly Hills mansion they bought just last year for $US60m.
The couple had previously been linked to a $US34.5m, 1400 sqm compound, further north in Pacific Palisades.

However, after touring close to 100 properties, the couple known as ‘Bennifer’ eventually settled on the Beverly Hills pad as the ideal home for their blended family.
It doesn’t look like it will be their happily ever after home, however after TMZ reported that their realtor has been ‘showing the house for around two weeks’ and that ‘ divorce is imminent’ for the very high profile celeb pairing.
The outlet reported Lopez and Affleck are seeking as much as $US65m for the home and that with the millions of dollars they spend on renovations, the couple will likely make a significant loss if the sale goes through.

TMZ also reported, Lopez is already house hunting and that Affleck is staying at a $US100,000 per month rental home in Brentwood in west LA near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
The Daily Mail reported photos of Lopez and Affleck’s luxurious home popped up on real estate websites after being removed following the home’s sale in May 2023.
According to the publication the new photos were uploaded to real estate website Zillow on June 1 and June 5.

The home is still listed as sold.
Lopez and Affleck bought the home after a search of around two years.
They reportedly paid cash for the home which sits on six acres and includes a 15-car garage, 17 bedrooms and two dwellings including a caretaker house.
It also boasts an outdoor sports ‘complex’ complete with a basketball set-up, pickleball, a gym, a boxing ring, a bar, an infinity pool and sweeping views out over LA.
