John Singleton has reportedly travelled to Los Angeles where he has visited a $10,000 wellness retreat in the wake of two personal tragedies.

A Chinese national has been identified as the sixth victim of the Bondi Junction stabbings.

25 year-old Yishwan Cheng was named on Monday morning.

The other victims identified are 55-year-old Pikria Darchia from Georgia US, Westfield security guard Fraz Ahman Tahir, mother-of-two Jade Young, new mum Ash Good, and daughter of businessman John Singleton – Dawn Singleton.

Eight people remain in hospital with injuries from the attack.

Four were discharged throughout Sunday night.

The Australian entrepreneur, 82, has reportedly taken himself to Los Angeles where he has checked into an almost $10,000 wellness retreat.

The jaunt follows his separation from his seventh wife, 44-year-old Sarah Warry, in March after seven months of marriage.

Singleton then lost his 25-year-old daughter Dawn one month later, when knifeman Joel Cauchi lunged at shoppers inside Bondi Junction’s Westfield shopping centre on April 13.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Singleton splashed $27,000 on a return first class flight from Sydney to Los Angeles and checked into California’s Pearl Wellness Centre for $9,600.

The millionaire is not new to the healthcare meets luxury exclusive haven in Laguna Canyon, where his days will consist of yoga, weight training, massages and hiking, the latter of which the businessman reportedly enjoys.

He is expected to consume a vegetarian diet of small meals, broth and juice, lemon water and alkaline water during his stay.

He will also forgo any alcohol, caffeine and refined sugars at the retreat committed to “hospital quality care”.

It comes three months after his close friend and broadcaster Ray Hadley broke to him the news that his daughter Dawn had lost her life in the Bondi Junction stabbing.

Speaking to 2GB in April, Hadley said Mr Singleton phoned him on the night of April 13 and pleaded for confirmation his daughter was alive because he couldn’t reach her by phone.

“I rang him, and he said, ‘I think my Dawnie is one of those who lost their life, and I can’t confirm it. Can you do something?” Hadley recalled.

After NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb confirmed toHadley that Dawn had died, he phoned Mr Singleton back and said: “I don’t want to tell you what I know, but I’ve got to tell you”.

Dawn, who was one of six people killed, died while she was shopping for makeup in the centre for her upcoming wedding.

She was one of three daughters to Singleton and his sixth wife lawyer Julie Martin. The couple has since divorced.

Singleton in March confirmed to The Daily Telegraph he and seventh wife Ms Warry had also parted ways and admitted: “It is not the first time I have made a mistake and won’t be the last”.

“At the end of the day you don’t stay married when you’re not happy… living together you come to realise you have different lifestyles that don’t align,” he said.

Ms Warry was previously the station manager of rural Victorian community radio station Coast FM.

She met Singleton at a pub he owns in Brisbane, when she visited it with her stepfather.

She reportedly fell for his sense of humour over text messaging and couple eloped in July 2023 but did not go public with their romance until December.
