LIV Golf Nashville in weather delay near end of final round

COLLEGE GROVE – Play in the inaugural Nashville LIV Golf tournament is being delayed by rain Sunday afternoon at The Grove.

A heavy downpour hit the course, which is located near Franklin.

Play was suspended at 3:58 p.m. CT. Golfers are remaining on the course because there is no lightning in the area.

Play resumed at 4:21 p.m.

Golfers have five holes left to play. Tyrrell Hatton is at 16-under and leads Sam Horsfield by four shots. Bryson DeChambeau, who won the US Open last week, and Jon Rahm are tied for third at 11-under.
