Maroons coach said there wasn’t a player in tonight’s match who wouldn’t be pumped to be running onto Australia’s biggest stadium.
“What an opportunity for 34 players to go out into a coliseum, a real iconic venue in Australian support and world sport,” he said on Tuesday.
“They get to go and perform in front of nearly 100,000 people, so that is pretty exciting for them.
“The boys will be pretty keen to get there and test the conditions out and go and perform tomorrow night.”
