We took an overnight flight from Salt Lake City and spent the first day jet-lagged and happily (albeit deliriously) wandering the city. We stayed at Claridges, which is a London icon, and loved romanticizing its red brick exterior, Union Jack flags, and the best service. We visited the Rose Garden of Hyde Park for some floral inspiration and then straight to Pimlico Road to tour all of the design stores I source from in the States but don’t often get the opportunity to see in person. I left so inspired and loved seeing all of the shops with their massive fresh floral arrangements greeting shoppers. We wrapped the day with dinner at Padella, and my favorite dish, Cacio e Pepe.
