Gets to a drier racing surface this time around, retains the services of Blake Shinn and maps an absolute treat.
He produced a big figure first-up at Eagle Farm, so he ticks that box and he looks well placed to win here.

Impressed at his Aussie debut running the fastest L200m of the meeting, winning in fine style.
His strong closing sectionals suggest the step up to 1600m looks absolutely ideal, as is the soft barrier draw and the additon of Craig Williams to ride.
From barrier 4, he’ll sit midfield with cover and if he gets clean air on turning for home he’ll be flying at them late.

Race 8, No.8 – Windstorm ($6.50) – only needs to overcome the wide draw to win, enough speed engaged here, just needs a fair track to be in the finish.

Race 4, No.7 – Perfect Play ($4.40) – The step up to 2000m looks ideal, was luckless last start, very winnable race.
