Miss Roumbini is a $3.60 favourite with TAB to win the 1440m Three-Year-Old Handicap on Saturday at Caulfield.
“I’ve got to build her rating and prizemoney, that’s what I’ll be doing this time of year,” Price said.
“People pay a lot of money for (these fillies), you got to get a return.”
Price bought Miss Roumbini for $550,000 at the 2022 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale. Her connections include racing and breeding powerhouse Yulong Stud.
Miss Roumbini has raced five times for two wins and two minor prizes.
She placed fourth in the Listed Twilight Glow Stakes (1400m) last December at Caulfield.
Jockey Ethan Brown has forged a good association with Miss Roumbini the past two starts.
Brown was confident Miss Roumbini would be too good for her opposition at Sandown two weeks’ ago and the Zoustar filly duly saluted by 2¼ lengths.

Price lauded quiet achiever Brown’s race smarts.
“He’s pretty clever that kid, I know he’s understated, but he gives you good information,” Price said.
“Ethan was very confident, I thought she was well suited and she’d run well … but he said to me before the race ‘this will win, she’ll have too good a turn of foot for them’.
“Now, I haven’t seen that but he has felt that and sure enough.
“He’s a pretty good judge, he doesn’t say much, but he’s very, very astute that kid.”
Brown stalked the speed last start and surged to victory late.

He should be able to settle within striking distance again on Saturday from barrier three.
Price also has stablemate Il Cubo, a $19 chance with TAB, in the 1440m event.
Il Cubo won at Cranbourne last Sunday.
Price has 10 runners at Caulfield on Saturday, including First Settler and Supervise in the Two-Year-Old Handicap (1000m).
Exciting colt First Settler, a $6.50 first-starter, has jumped out strongly at Cranbourne.
Brown will also partner South Of Houston, a $7 chance, for Price and co-trainer Michael Kent Jr in the 1100m Benchmark 84 on Saturday.
