The 2024 edition of Major League Cricket, otherwise known as MLC, is back, as the second season of USA’s T20 league gets underway. It will see six teams fight it out to become the champions as the sport begins to take off in the country.
MI New York, an off shoot of the IPL franchise, Mumbai Indians, had won the first edition of this competition in 2023.
The T20 World Cup 2024 might have been won by Team India, but it gathered plenty of attention among local fans in the United States, particularly when they beat Pakistan, in a shocking upset, that was met with both surprise and jubilations.
