Jakarta. MNC Land (KPIG), owned by conglomerate Hary Tanoesoedibjo, will launch Trump International Golf Club-Lido, Trump Residences Lido, and Hyatt Regency Lido in the MNC Lido City Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in the second half of this year.
Located about 60 kilometers from Jakarta, MNC Lido City SEZ spans 1,040 hectares of its total 3,000-hectare area in Lido, Greater Jakarta, featuring residential, commercial, and tourist destinations alongside integrated resorts.
“I am confident Trump International Golf Club-Lido will soon be one of Indonesia’s most renowned golf courses,” said Hary Tanoesoedibjo, Executive Chairman of MNC Group, on Wednesday.
Trump Golf refers to a collection of golf courses and resorts owned by the Trump Organization, primarily associated with former US President Donald Trump.
Additionally, MNC Land is finalizing various projects slated for inauguration. The soft launch of Trump International Golf Club-Lido is scheduled for the third week of July 2024. Designed by Ernie Els, the 18-hole World Championship standard golf course will be operated by Trump Golf.
Situated approximately 600 meters above sea level and surrounded by Mount Salak, Mount Gede, and Mount Pangrango, golf enthusiasts can enjoy a cool climate of about 22-25°C.
Furthermore, MNC Land is preparing to launch Trump Residences Lido, with sales starting in October 2024. Phase 1 will offer 168 ultra-luxurious modern residences with views overlooking the 18-hole World Championship standard golf course and Trump International Golf Club.
Several hotels in Lido joining Hyatt Hotels & Resorts will culminate in the grand opening of Hyatt Regency Lido in the fourth quarter of this year. The shift to Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is expected to increase room rates, occupancy levels, MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions) services, and F&B (food and beverages).
