A motorbike rider has been killed in a horrific collision with a car near Rockhampton.
The 36-year-old man was riding his motorbike on the Capricorn Hwy, east of Westwood, just after 11am on Monday when the crash occurred.
Queensland Police said the motorbike rider, from Blackwater, collided with a ute at the intersection of Spring Creek Rd and died at the scene.
The driver of the ute, a 65-year-old man, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone with information or dashcam video of the crash is asked to contact police.
