Goldfarb is followed by Doug McMillon of Walmart Inc. and Ernie Herrman of TJX Cos. Inc. Highest earning women include Fran Horowitz of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (about $15 million) and Barbara Rentler of Ross Stores, Inc. (about $18 million).
