LAS VEGAS – Three players scored 17 points to lead the Chicago Bulls to a 96-89 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA 2K25 Summer League at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas on Saturday.

The game got off to a competitive start as the Bucks led 27-26 after one quarter. The Bulls picked up their play in the second and pulled ahead for a four-point lead at the break. They kept the momentum going in the third, when they outscored the Bucks by 10 points to earn a 14-point cushion entering the final frame. The Bucks cut it to a three-point game early in the fourth, but the Bulls regained focus and kept the upper hand down the stretch.

Julian Phillips, Adama Sanogo and Javonte Smart tallied 17 points each to lead the way for the Bulls. Sanogo shot a team-best 6-for-10 from the field and logged 12 rebounds and three steals in 25 minutes off the bench. Phillips also had 10 rebounds and a steal, while Smart added three assists, two steals and a block.

MarJon Beauchamp led the way for the Bucks with 22 points, five rebounds, five assists, four steals and a block in 30 minutes. AJ Johnson followed up with 13 points, four rebounds and three assists, while Tyler Smith chipped in 12 points, six rebounds and a block.

Both teams will continue Summer League play Sunday, as Milwaukee will face the Cavaliers, while the Bulls will take on the Warriors.
