A new shop nestled in a seaside village is preparing to open its doors later this month.
The Sea Word is the newest addition to Dalegate Market which is home to independent shops and a cafe.
The shopping village in Burnham Deepdale is welcoming the souvenir shop which will sit between FatFace and Relish in the former Creek store.
The shop boasts the full Gone Crabbing range, alongside beach essentials, toys, buckets, spades and nautical knick-knacks.

Shop owner Jules Mace said: “Selecting stock for the new shop has just been great fun, we’ve been listening to what visitors and locals alike tell us they want from a seaside store, and hopefully we’ve ticked some boxes for them.
“We’re enjoying the chance to work with the team at Gone Crabbing and we’ll be bringing back some of their classic designs alongside new favourites.”

Jason Borthwick, the landlord of Dalegate Market, added: “It’s lovely to have found a wonderful combination of continuity and new.
“The Sea Word will continue the presence of the Gone Crabbing range at Dalegate Market but also offer a new selection for visitors.”
