The 2024-25 regular season schedule for Ontario University Athletics (OUA) women’s basketball was released on Wednesday, June 5.
To begin the year, the Badgers will welcome in the Guelph Gryphons for the home opener on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 6 p.m.
On Friday, Nov. 15 and Sunday, Nov. 17, Brock will face their toughest tests of the season as the Ottawa Gee-Gees (18-4 last season) and the two-time defending national champion Carleton Ravens (21-1 last season) come to Bob Davis Gymnasium. Tip-off times are scheduled for 6 p.m. and 1 p.m., respectively.
Paint the Meridian Red returns for the seventh year as the Badgers host the McMaster Marauders at the Meridian Centre on Friday, Jan. 17 at 6 p.m.
In a rematch of last year’s OUA quarterfinal contest at Bob Davis Gymnasium, the Badgers host the TMU Bold on Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 6 p.m. for their final regular season home game.
A two-game road trip weekend in Toronto concludes the regular season slate with the Badgers taking on the Toronto Varsity Blues on Friday, Feb. 14 and York Lions on Saturday, Feb. 15. Both games start at 6 p.m.
The first round of the playoffs begins on Wednesday, Feb. 19. On Saturday, Feb. 22, the quarterfinal round is scheduled while the semifinals will take place a week after on Saturday, March 1. The OUA playoffs conclude with the Critelli Cup on Saturday, March 8.
