Australia faces an unfamiliar opponent in Oman for its opening match of the T20 World Cup in the West Indies and United States.
Led by Mitchell Marsh, the Australians will be hoping to win back the trophy they previously lifted in 2021, taking on Oman, England, Scotland and Namibia during the group stage.

Australian bowler Pat Cummins, who made his international debut in 2011, will play his first match in the West Indies if he’s selected for Thursday’s clash at Bridgetown’s Kensington Oval.
