Perth man Dashiel Benjo Vee managed to convince two dozen clients that he was qualified to offer financial advice after handing his employer fake paperwork, the Federal corporate watchdog says.
Mr Vee — also known as Dash Vee — was appointed as a financial adviser by Cojag Pty Ltd between October 4 and December 29, 2021, and again between March 27, 2022 and March 2, 2023 after supplying a falsified Financial Adviser Exam certificate, according to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
