WA Premier Roger Cook has questioned the actions of Andrew Forrest’s Fortescue as it emerged that private detectives and lawyers shared photographs of the wives and daughters of two former executives as they prepared to raid their homes.
In covert preparation for a Federal Court attack on Fortescue’s purported rival Element Zero, the private detectives watched and photographed former top Fortescue Future Industries scientist Bjorn Winther-Jensen, his wife and his 16-year-old daughter around their home in a Perth beachside suburb.
