Princess Beatrice was spotted carrying her own luggage and boarding a flight with budget airline EasyJet ahead of attending an A-list event in France.
The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson proved that she does not need the glitz and the glamour of the royal life as she jetted off to the 2024 Cannes Lions Festival.
She was pictured wearing a long black trench coat and trainers as she walked up the EasyJet stairs.
An eyewitness told Page Six that the royal flew from London Luton airport to the south of France for her appearance at the event.

This is not the first time that Beatrice has been spotted travelling on the cheap, according to Hello, in 2022 she boarded a Wizz Air flight to Malaga.
The granddaughter of the late Queen attended the event to participate in the “Emotional Intelligence in the AI Age” panel at Journal House, the outlet reported.
Whilst at the event the young royal opened up about some of her own struggles and overcoming dyslexia.

She explained: “Technology in general, it really gave me a space to really be myself… You know, I got dyslexia, [so] I always was fascinated by how things worked, that was the way that my brain worked. I was a very visual learner.”
She added: “It doesn’t matter where you’re coming from, what you’re doing. If you can deliver… that for me is the most exciting thing about the technology sector.”
This comes after princess was absent from the Trooping the Colour festivities last weekend.
Beatrice has been tipped to have a more important role as the monarchy grapples with a shortage of working royals but she did not appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony.

Beatrice and her sister Princess Eugenie frequently featured at Trooping the Colour until 2019.
Their father Prince Andrew stepped down as a working member of the Royal Family in November 2019.
In 2022, Queen Elizabeth II decided to only allow working royals on the Buckingham Palace balcony during the Platinum Jubilee.
Before 2020, Beatrice and Eugenie would appear beside extended Royal Family members at the Queen’s Birthday Parade.
