The Raiders are set for a roster overhaul with one star exiting the club and another requesting a release as coach Ricky Stuart mulls over a number of different options.
It comes after Canberra were thumped by the Tigers on Sunday with Stuart unhappy in his press conference, stating there “could be” changes to the team as he left on his own accord.
Nick Cotric, who has failed to reach the heights of 2019 when he made his sole appearance for the Blues, is one player exiting the club according to 9news and The Sydney Morning Herald reporter Michael Chammas.

“Nick Cotric, he’s agreed to a three-year deal to leave the club and join Catalans Dragons in the Super League,” he said on Nine’s 100% Footy.
“He’s obviously had a rough couple of years, tried to get an extension with the Raiders, it hasn’t worked out and in the end he’s decided to head over to the Super League and he’ll link up with (coach) Steve McNamara over there for Catalans.”
Forward Emre Guler has also requested a release to return home to Sydney on compassionate grounds.

“At the moment Ricky Stuart’s considering that request, it’s not a straight forward situation, it’s on compassionate grounds and the Raiders are monitoring that situation,” Chammas added.
Corey Horsburgh, who made his Queensland debut last year but has only played two games this season is also reportedly wanting out.
