Royals urged to ‘sever ties’ with Harry and Meghan with major consequence

The Royals have been urged to ‘”sever all ties” with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to avoid one major consequence.

Prince William is said to have banned his brother from ever returning to the Royal fold, according to British Royals expert Hilary Fordwich.

She told Fox News that to this day, after the release of Harry’s memoir and Netflix series, the Prince of Wales refuses to speak to the Duke of Sussex.

Broadcaster and royal commentator Dee Dee Dunleavy was on Sky News Australia to discuss the possibility of Prince Harry ever reentering the Royal Family and said it would be better for the family to cut all ties to him and Meghan to avoid them using their royal titles.

She said: “There’s talk that William is the enforcer, the tough guy of the Royal Family. King Charles is a pushover, I think he’d take Harry back in a heartbeat.

“William’s taken on the role that Prince Phillip had, he was the tough guy. I can see William’s point of view as well, he’s more protective of the upset that Harry caused while the Queen was in her dying weeks.

“That’s probably why William has such a strong feeling toward Harry but I just can’t see (Prince Harry rejoining the family) happening.

“I think what the Royal Family should do is sever all ties with Harry and Megan because that then devalues their currency. If they’re not former Royals and can’t keep referring to that then all Meghan’s little schemes to make money, they’re clearly not worth anything.”

Hilary Fordwich said similarly: “It is widely known within the family that Prince William has laid down an absolute ban on Harry returning in any way, shape or form into his former royal family fold.

“If anyone will relent, it would be King Charles, whom, of course, Prince William won’t challenge, who still misses his ‘darling boy’ and would like to see more of Prince Harry.

“However, to this day, after the release of ‘Spare’ and the Netflix serial, as well as with everything else Harry has said, done, and not done, it’s Prince William who adamantly refuses to even speak to his brother.”

Grant Harrold, King Charles’ former royal butler, said there is a way for the Duke of Sussex to be brought back into the family.

He told the New York Post: “The only way I see this happening is a public statement from Harry, where you come out and say that you were in a bad space and that [his memoir ‘Spare’] was a mistake,”

“I don’t think that’s going to happen. Some bad things were said, and some families never patch things up, and that’s how it is. Harry has got a big heart and a part of him probably wishes things would be different.”
