Seabourn launches new vessel in local waters
Seabourn is also pleased to announce their newest purpose-built expedition vessel, the Seabourn Pursuit, has entered Australian waters for the first time.
It sailed into Darwin in the Northern Territory on 11 June, marking the start of Seabourn’s eagerly awaited inaugural season in the Kimberly region.
Journeying to The Kimberley with Seabourn Pursuit will grant guests exclusive access to secluded sites including Ngula Jar Island, whilst the vessel navigates through majestic cliffs and gorges, and a unique adventure led by a world-class team of experts ensures an unparalleled experience of nature and culture in the region.
Travellers will also indulge in immersive experiences that honour the rich cultural heritage of the Kimberley region. Seabourn has recently made history by naming the Wunambal Gaambera Traditional Owners as the godparents of Seabourn Pursuit and will contribute a donation to help the Wunambal Gaambera community develop a self-sustaining industry, focused on creating and selling authentic artwork and crafts by local artists.
