Completely forgive the first up failure & go on his placing in the Sires Produce at Flemington plus solid efforts behind smart types his other two outings. Looks very well placed in a midweek maiden with Ryan Maloney to steer.
RACE 4 # 5 SPIRIT QUEEN
Now with Tony Gollan she’s always shown good ability & impressed first up driving home over the top of the leader at the Sunshine Coast. Additional 200m suits, hard to hold out once again.
RACE 5 # 8 CASSIERE
Most interesting runner today. One start for a ‘last to first’ win at Matamata in NZ she now turns up here under the care of Tony Gollan. Wide gate around here not ideal however gut feel is she may be well above average.
RACE 8 # 6 DENIED
Not a great deal of depth to this final race where this recent poly track star can measure up. He’s been dominant his past couple & the grass surface won’t be an issue.
