STAAH‘s new Travel Agent & Corporate Travel Module revolutionizes hotel bookings in India, offering real-time availability and automated corporate and travel agent bookings.

STAAH, a prominent hospitality solutions provider from New Zealand, has been revolutionizing the Indian hospitality sector for over ten years with its cutting-edge technology. Their latest innovation, the Travel Agent & Corporate Travel (TACT) module, is part of the Max V2 software package. This new module enables hoteliers to streamline and automate bookings from corporate clients and travel agents, significantly reducing the time and effort required while optimizing booking opportunities.

Key advantages of TACT include offering real-time availability and pricing information, ensuring travel agents and corporate bookers always have access to the most current rates and room inventory. The module provides each travel agent or corporate booker with unique URLs for various properties, enabling seamless access and personalized experiences. Additionally, the ability to cancel bookings directly through the dashboard simplifies operations, reduces administrative burdens, and minimizes costly errors.

The login credentials, however, remain consistent across all properties, simplifying the authentication process. “The exclusive access to special rates and discounts enables hoteliers to reward their valued travel partners, fostering stronger relationships and driving increased bookings,” Shoaib Ali, National Sales Head at STAAH.

Among STAAH’s over 5,000 Indian partners, leading hotel chains such as Lemon Tree Hotels, Fern Hotels, Mayfair Hotels, Justa Hotels, Elgin Hotels, the Club Mahindra group, and Srinagar’s premium Khyber Hotel have reported significant increases in revenue and optimized bookings.
