The glorious Melbourne mansion owned by former AFL WAG Tania Buckley has been dropped from listings after languishing on the market for four months.
Located in ritzy Toorak, the luxurious five bedroom, six bathroom two-storey pad went up for sale in March with an eye-watering $18million price tag.
Tania listed the amazing Tudor style home after splitting from husband Nathan Buckley back in 2022.
The former couple called the lavish spread home after snapping it up for $3.92million in 2007.
Tania landed the property in the divorce settlement and listed it over 120 days ago with a price guide of $16million-$18million.
And according to a report in Friday’s Herald Sun, Melbourne’s up-scale buyers made offers that were millions below Tania’s preferred top price.
Meanwhile, the publication writes that the property in still up for sale and has managed to attract interest from off-shore buyers.
Designed in a classic Tudor Revival style, the gorgeous home features impressively scaled living spaces, French smoked oak herringbone floors, and picture windows.
Highlights include a home cinema, a private study, and two kitchenettes in addition to a sleek, modern kitchen.
There’s also a 500 bottle cellar, a swimming pool, a large double garage, while each of the upper floor bedrooms boast a private balcony.
Nathan and Tania got married in December 2002 and announced their separation in December 2020, almost 18 years to the day they wed.
The pair issued a statement via Tania’s Instagram page at the time, publicly announcing they’d separated almost a year before.
They share two teenage sons, Jett, 18, and Ayce, 16, which have lived with Tania at the mansion.
Nathan has found love again and is currently dating 35-year-old business manager Brodie Ryan, who he went public with in October 2022.
It comes after Tania Buckley recently hinted she may be engaged.
In May the former WAG enjoyed a stroll around Melbourne’s Botanical Gardens with a friend, and there was a huge sparkler on her wedding finger.
Tania also flashed a huge diamond ring on her finger while first stepping out in Melbourne with her new partner just days ago.
She put on a loved-up display alongside her new beau Marco Kelly, as they posed at the BYD Sealion 6 SUV electric car launch at Docklands Studios.
Tania dressed to impress in a figure-hugging green frock which showcased her stunning curves, while her wavy blonde tresses hung freely around her shoulders.
However, it was the stunning diamond sparkler worn on her ring finger which drew the most attention, prompting rumours she and Kelly had quickly gotten engaged.
The lovebirds stayed close to each other while posing for photos, with Kelly lovingly wrapping his arm around Buckley’s waist.
Upon being asked about their relationship status, Tania told the Herald Sun: ‘We’re very happy’.
