Caroline Wozniacki and David Lee have sold their luxurious penthouse on the ultra-exclusive enclave in Miami.
The Danish tennis star and former NBA forward listed the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom unit in January for $42.5m (A$62.9m).
The couple eventually offloaded it for a reduced price of $37m (A$54.8m), according to Realtor.

However, Wozniacki and Lee have doubled their money in Fisher Island pad, after they paid 18.7m (A$26.7m) for the property in 2021.
The elite island is accessible only to residents, which once included the likes of Oprah Winfrey.
The new owners of this 650 sqm abode can only get there by ferry, yacht, or helicopter.
Gorgeous views of the water and city skyline can be had from the rooms and outdoor spaces, which include a private balcony off the main bedroom and a rooftop pool.
The common areas boast oak flooring, marble detailing, and lofty ceilings.
Marble features in the island kitchen, and the cook area comes with wine storage and a suite of Gaggenau appliances.

The penthouse includes two parking spaces — to drive around the island (that you can’t actually drive to), a fire pit on the roof, and an outdoor kitchen.
Building residents have access to a fitness centre, billiard room, tennis courts, and hiking trails. Plus there is even a marina.
Wozniacki’s tennis career is long and varied: She’s won 30 titles, including a Grand Slam in 2018 at the Australian Open and, in her prime, she held the world No. 1 ranking for 71 weeks.
The Danish pro has two children with Lee, who was drafted by the New York Knicks in 2005 and was a two-time All-Star, who won a championship with the Golden State Warriors in 2017.
