The Council of Fashion Designers of America and Vogue on Wednesday revealed the 10 finalists for the 2024 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund. They are Taylor Thompson of 5000; Connor McKnight; Grace Ling; Kate Barton; Dynasty and Soull Ogun of L’Enchanteur; Spencer Phipps of Phipps; Presley Oldham; Sebastien and Marianne Amisial of Sebastien Ami; Jane Wade, and Jackson Wiederhoeft of Wiederhoeft

“This milestone year’s group of CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists reflects the creativity and diversity of American design, from women’s and men’s sportswear to eveningwear and semiprecious, fashion and ethical jewelry,” said Steven Kolb, the chief executive officer of the CFDA. “These exciting young voices will play a significant role in shaping the future of American fashion.”

The winner of the 2024 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund will receive $300,000, while the two runners-up will receive $100,000 each. All finalists will receive business mentorship. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the annual fashion fund.

“What better way to celebrate the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund’s 20th year than with this year’s group of finalists, who perfectly represent the creativity and ambition of American fashion today?” said Anna Wintour, chief content officer of Condé Nast and global editorial director of Vogue. “Every year the finalists thrill and surprise us as we get to know them, and the class of 2024 will, I am sure, be no different.”

Nordstrom will again invite the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists to participate in the retailer’s “Secure the Space” challenge, where one designer will be chosen to have their collection carried at select Nordstrom stores.

This year will also see the return of the Design Challenge, which is a legacy program supported by the Tommy Hilfiger brand. Hilfiger will serve as the lead mentor to the 10 finalists.

The winner of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund will be revealed in mid-October.
