Payton Talbott is for real.
One of the most highly touted prospects to ever be signed off of the Contender Series, Talbott stayed undefeated in his third UFC outing with a stunning 19-second knockout of Yanis Ghemmouri.
Watch the blindingly fast finish below.
Talbott (9-0) entered the contest as one of the biggest favorites in UFC history at a staggering -1600 according to Draft Kings Sportsbook, a number that now seems low after the way he ran through Ghemourri.
The Frenchman opened up with a spin kick that Talbott evaded, before connecting with a straight right just moments later. Ghemourri was left stunned on the mat, but referee Chris Tognoni did not step in for the stoppage until Talbott landed a few more heavy punches on the mat.
That’s three finishes in three UFC victories for the 25-year-old Talbott, who has octagon wins over Ghemourri, Cameron Saaiman, and Nick Aguirre.
