Pilbara Minerals boss Dale Henderson says the WA lithium miner is in ”good standing” to play the increasingly competitive geopolitics of critical minerals, as it readies to spend $1.2 billion doubling production at its Pilgangoora flagship.
Despite some recent downbeat sentiment surrounding the battery metal, Mr Henderson told The West Australian there was a broad stroke of “companies, countries and governments” approaching Pilbara keen to get a foothold and build out the lithium industry.
