Some famous Bostonians, actors and athletes were among the famous folks at TD Garden to see Game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Celtics and Mavericks on Thursday.
Actor and New Kid on the Block Donnie Wahlberg, a regular at big Celtics games was joined by his brother Mark Wahlberg and his wife, actress Jenny McCarthy.
Quite a few former Celtics were in attendance including Kenny Anderson, Dana Barros, Tacko Fall, Eddie House, Leon Powe and Jason Terry, who played for both the Celtics and the Mavericks.
Two other NBA players with ties to New England — Andre Drummond and Duncan Robinson — who played at UConn and Williams were also in the crowd.
There were former and current Patriots and Bruins too. In addition to Zdeno Chara, who was honored during a timeout for his community work, Cam Neely was also there from the Bruins. Several Patriots were in the house including Anfernee Jennings, Jonathan Jones, Matthew Judon and Keion White.
Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie, a Massachusetts native was in the building along with seven of his players: AJ Brown, Jalen Hurts, Jordan Mailata, DeVonta Smith, Darius Slay, Dallas Goedert and Brandon Graham.
