Woolworths is set to reduce prices on more than 450 items across stores nationwide as part of its new pricing overhaul.
From Wednesday, May 29, the cost of selected products will decrease by 20 per cent as part of the ‘Prices Dropped for Winter’ program, with some items at their lowest price in nearly four years.
Top deals include corned beef silverside for $8/kg instead of $10/kg, pork belly roast for $16/kg instead of $19/kg and beef chuck steak for $15/kg instead of $17.50/kg.
Other popular products included in the program include Devondale Shredded Tasty Cheese, Vanish Napisan Stain Remover Powder, Strength Meals Co Chicken Vegetable & Barley Soup, Twinings Pure Peppermint Tea Bags and more.
The offer will be available for the next three months until August 27.
As winter approaches, customers can score Strepsils Anaesthetic Lozenges for $15 instead of $19, 50 packs of Twinings English Breakfast Tea Bags for $7 or Heinz Big N Chunky Soup varieties for $3.
Woolworths Supermarkets Chief Commercial Officer Paul Harker said: ‘We understand the pressures our customers are under and the need to budget for hearty, warming meals, and grocery essentials for their families.

In addition to this, The Odd Bunch offers another way to save at least 20 per cent on fruit and vegetables that are slightly odd, but still good quality.
