X-Golf relaunches Toowoomba venue – Australasian Leisure Management

Must read

X-Golf Australia is expanding in the Queensland city of Toowoomba with their Keefe Street venue relaunched following extensive renovations and under new ownership.

Originally opened in December 2021, the venue’s new management has revamped the venue to delivers a contemporary sport entertainment experience with a new purpose-built bar at its heart alongside six state-of-the-art simulators, making this unlike any other attraction in the city.

After a short closure in April, franchisee and golfing enthusiast Anthony Mahler noticed room for improvement to bring a taste of what’s offered at his popular venues at the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane to the heart of the Darling Downs.

Mahler advised “it was clear that key inclusions were missing in Toowoomba and we’re thrilled to have now rolled out changes in partnership with Northbuild Construction which really pull this together as a hub for all things sport and socialising.

“Toowoomba was X-Golf’s second location to open in Queensland, so this project has a special place in our hearts. We’re committed to investing in this location and are excited to unveil the very best of X-Golf to local patrons later this month.”

The revitalised golfing hotspot will employ six local staff members serving up delicious food and drinks with live sporting action on the big screens. The vibrant new venue will also host private events, new tournaments and Australia’s largest golf competition, X-League.

Now with 26 national franchises Australia-wide and 150,000 Queensland patrons annually, X-Golf has become renowned as an easy-to-access golfer’s Mecca where players of all abilities can replicate a supremely realistic experience.

X-Golf offers the world’s most accurate simulators with access to 50 of the world’s most iconic courses, diverse training modes, high-speed cameras, patented X-Ball technology and much more.
